I had a good ride today with Rodney and Don Shirley. We rode 40 miles and the weather was great, cloudy, warm with humidity but all in all a great ride.
Enjoyed visiting at Mimi's I hadn't seen them in a while.
A good ride with some good Hill work, a Good day on the bike.

I didn't ride today, working on another project part time.
I went to the gym in the morning and then after heading home for a bite to eat I headed to Dub and Beckys where I'm helping Dub build a carport.
I'm kind of enjoying working on the carport, it's been awhile since I've done carpentry work, and after the first day I did have a couple of sore spots from unused muscles.
I've decided it's a good thing I'm getting in a bit of upper body at the gym or I would be in bad shape.
Today we built up the trusses, except for 2, quitting time came.
Not sure when we'll get back on it but it shouldn't take long to get trusses set and metal on, one good day or 2 easy days.
I hope to ride tomorrow, we do have some rain moving our way but I'm not sure when it's supposed to get here, maybe Sunday.
