Jeff who has travelled to Colombia for the past 18 yrs and been living permanently for the last 2 yrs owns the restaurant and serves up quite a meal. Jeff is from Bend, Oregon and he along with his Head Waiter, Kevin, are a wealth of info about the area, good folks.
